Outlaw Kang, born in Philadelphia, is a product of the Illinois State University Lab schools and attended Ashland University (Ohio) on an art scholarship.  He played soccer at University High School but admits "I was terrible, raw, and got by with speed.  Only later when I turned into a fan & student of the game, that's when I learned how it should be played".  Kang was the founding AOBloNo president from colony (Oct 2012) into chapterhood until Feb 2014.  He also was on the board of the AsiaNET Employee Resource Group at State Farm Insurance (2011-2014), founded & managed the United City Football Club (2008-2013), and was president of the Italian Cultural Society in Bloomington-Normal in 2007.  In his spare time he continues to play the game, golf, travel, play the violin, fly planes and do artwork.  "I kept running into Korey & the Outlaws at games, but when I ran into Outlaw Vogel I became one!".
