Outlaw Vogel is from town and graduated with an Elementary Education degree from Illinois State University.  He’s always been  a fan of the World Cup and played soccer for fun.  He became an Outlaw with the Chicago chapter in 2009 “wanting to help grow the sport on a local level.”  Vogel co-founded the AOBloNo chapter as the Vice President with Outlaw Kang and quickly declared colony status in the fall of 2012.  Vogel became the president of the AOBloNo chapter in of March 2013 and, with his experience, is looked to as the lead organizer when 'The Locos' are on the road attending matches.  He has also served as a board member for the Miller Park Zoological Society and was very involved in community service with Pi Kappa Alpha during his time at ISU.  In his spare time, he enjoys video games, cooking,  reading and supports  Liverpool FC.
